Good Service

From start to finish I could not believe the quality of service from Severson Auto, right from making the appointment they made it work to get my truck in before I went out of town for the weekend, when I dropped off in the morning they personally gave me a ride to work, made a comprehensive review of their findings on their inspections, went over what needed to be done, how much it would cost, and how I could potentially do it myself. When I came to pick up they explained in detail any current problems and preventative maintenance that could be done- all completely unrelated to the alignment I had brought the truck in for. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Absolutely amazing staff!! Great service and communication!!!

I had scheduled an oil change, and several other TLC adjustments before a long road trip. However, I completely slept through my alarms and completely missed my appointment! I felt absolutely terrible, and called Severson's to see if there was anyway to reschedule or still bring my car in late. They were SO kind and understanding, and they really squeezed me in, helping me feel safe and taken care of before this trip. They also offered to drive me to work that same day, without the blink of an eye. I was impressed that they still shared so much kindness and grace with me, which I know wasn't deserved since it was my own fault. But they still went above and beyond to make me feel taken care of. I am so grateful, and so impressed by Severson's. I will recommend them to everyone after this experience.
