Their price was much higher than others, ANSWER your price I was quoted was much higher than all the others I called for the same service the warranty offered by the others was much better

Wayne Grieves and the rest of the excellent crew at Severson Auto Service in Rochester Minnesota helped my mother who was in a pinch due to her AC suddenly not working when she had came down here to support me for my girlfriends' complex and strenuous surgery while at the Mayo Clinic. I had gotten my mother a hotel a couple blocks away from their establishment and we had dropped off her 2015 Chevrolet Traverse to be serviced approximately around 3:00pm (which was two hours before they were closing for the day). Severson Auto Service and their entire crew, clearly had their hands full servicing several other individuals vehicles whom were already ahead of us. Nonetheless, they had ran a diagnostic on the AC system to determine whether or not there was a leak, had refilled/recharged and checked all other engine fluids, running lights and vital running components of my mother's vehicle before our checkout time at 11am. This was all done very at a more than fair and very reasonable price. I highly recommend them if you need any services on any of your vehicles!
